The bar at Paradiso is not something bolted onto a restaurant to fill space. It is a fully stocked cocktail bar run by a team that designed the drinks menu from the ground up. The house list features the Grapefruit Spritz with Malfy gin, Aperol, rose, elderflower, and lime cordial; Sueño de Piña with Absolut, Aperol, lime, passion fruit, and pineapple; the Oaxaca Old Fashioned with Teremana Reposado and mezcal; Love Island with AXIA mastiha, bubble gum syrup, and strawberry; Gusco Crush with pisco, watermelon, and lime; and Brazilian Kiss with cachaca, sugar, lime, and passion fruit.
Classic cocktails are made to order by the bar team. Mojito, Amaretto Sour, Cuba Libre, Paloma, Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, and Pornstar Martini. The sweet treats section brings in a Chocolate Daiquiri, Temper Snog, and Temper Espresso Martini. And the margarita menu goes deep with five variations: Momma’s Margarita, Lychilli Margarita, Pina Margarita, Salty Caramel Margarita, and Old Tom.
This is not a bar where you order a cocktail and wait fifteen minutes. The drinks come fast, they are made properly, and they look as good as they taste.

The Teremana Tower at £75 is a one-litre margarita tower in classic or flavoured. Both are ideal for groups and parties.
Paradiso is a cocktail bar and a burger restaurant. That means you can pair your drinks with handmade gourmet burgers, 28-day dry-aged steaks, smoked ribs, small plates, and sides. The entire food menu is available whenever the bar is open. Coming for cocktails and ending up staying for dinner is actively encouraged. Every burger is halal, vegan options are available, and the kitchen runs until close.
Every Saturday and Sunday from midday to 4pm. 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails, prosecco, beer, and mocktails alongside your choice of food from the brunch menu. Two packages from £45 per person. The £60 package unlocks the full cocktail selection including margaritas and the temper cocktail. It is one of the most popular bottomless brunches in Soho, so book ahead.
