Search for a birthday party venue in Soho and you’ll find plenty of places that can seat a group. Fewer can do a table for six and a full floor buyout with the same ease. We’ve hosted both, and everything in between. Quiet dinners marking a milestone. Terrace afternoons that run into the evening. Private bookings where the whole restaurant belongs to one party.
Every burger on the menu is halal, every day. Not a separate section, not a limited window. That matters when you’re booking for a group because nobody at the table has to check the menu twice. We sit across two floors in Kingly Court, just off Carnaby Street. Oxford Circus is three minutes away on foot.
Small group vs semi-private booking
A birthday dinner in Soho for six people works as a standard table booking. Order off the full menu and skip the packages altogether. It’s the simplest way to mark a birthday properly.
Once the guest list grows, the setup changes. Groups of ten or more are best arranged by calling the team directly. We’re working out seating between the booth-lined bar downstairs and the dining room upstairs.
Birthday Party for Every Group Size
We have semi-private and private territory. We’ve hosted everything from intimate birthday dinners to full floor buyouts, and most celebrations land somewhere in between. If your day needs its own space, our Events team can talk you through what’s possible.
Adding a drinks package
A group booking restaurant in Soho earns its keep once the first round of drinks turns into a second and third. Two packages take the ordering out of your hands entirely. The Gin Tree pours twelve Beefeater gins with a choice of mixer. The Teremana Tower serves a full litre of margarita straight to the table, classic or flavoured.
If your birthday falls Monday to Thursday, happy hour runs from 3pm to 7pm. Full food menu running throughout.
For a daytime celebration, our weekend Bottomless Brunch is one of the most booked birthday brunch options in Kingly Court. Ninety minutes of drinks from £45 or £60 per person. Saturday and Sunday, midday to 4pm. The clock starts the moment your first drink is poured.
Food for the table
Most birthday groups end up ordering across the menu rather than one dish each. The Cheeseburger comes with smoked cheddar, house burger sauce, baby gem and pickles in a toasted brioche bun. It’s the one most people start with. The Truffle Burger comes on charcoal brioche with truffle mushroom sauce and crispy shallots. It’s the one that brings them back.
For bigger appetites, the 28-day dry-aged steaks and smoked baby rack ribs with sriracha honey glaze give the table something to share. Vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are all on the menu. Flag allergies when you book and the kitchen takes it from there.
Talking to the team in advance
Walk-ins are always welcome. Booking is recommended for dinner, weekends, and bottomless brunch. The bigger or more specific your plans, the more it helps to get in touch ahead of time.
Tell the team what matters: cake, allergies, a preferred spot on the terrace, timing for a drinks package. Our Find Us page has directions if you’re new to Kingly Court. We’re tucked just off Carnaby Street.
