Not Just Another
Burger in Soho

Soho has no shortage of places to get a burger. Chains on every corner, fast-casual spots where the bun arrives cold and the patty was pressed into shape somewhere else. Walk down any street in this part of London and someone is selling you a burger. The question is whether it is worth sitting down for.

Paradiso is worth sitting down for. Our chefs make every patty by hand, season it simply, and cook it to order. The buns are toasted brioche. The sauces are house-made. It is a straightforward proposition: a really good burger, done properly, in a restaurant that is actually worth being in.

We are on the ground floor of Kingly Court, just off Carnaby Street. The kind of place you can walk into for a quick lunch, settle into for a long dinner with drinks, or land at after a few hours somewhere else and be glad you did. The courtyard terrace is open year-round, the bar downstairs is fully stocked, and the kitchen runs from midday until close.

The Menu

The Burger Menu

The burger menu at Paradiso runs from the classic cheeseburger through to wagyu, truffle, fried chicken, a spicy option with fermented chilli, and a full vegan burger. Every burger is served in a toasted brioche bun and all burgers are halal.

Burger
  • Cheeseburger £14.50

Beef patty, smoked cheddar, house burger sauce, baby gem, tomato, pickles. The one most people start with. A proper cheeseburger with no gimmicks. The house burger sauce is made in our kitchen and it ties the whole thing together.

  • Temper Smash Burger £15

Burger sauce, baby gem, tomato, smoked raclette, green sauce, pickled onions and chillies. A smash burger with depth. The raclette and green sauce lift it above the standard smash you get elsewhere in Soho.

  • Truffle Burger £15

Choice of chicken or beef on a charcoal brioche bun, truffle mushroom sauce, crispy shallots, crispy mushrooms. The one that brings people back. Rich, indulgent, and the charcoal bun gives it a look that matches the flavour. If you are going to treat yourself to one burger in Soho, this is a strong candidate.

  • Hot Shot Burger £14.50

Choice of chicken or beef, fermented chilli hot mayo, baby gem, tomato, pickles. For anyone who wants heat with substance. The fermented chilli mayo has a slow burn that builds rather than just hitting you on the first bite.

Burger
  • Fried Chicken Burger £13

Buttermilk fried chicken, ranch mayo, baby gem, tomato, pickles. The chicken is marinated in buttermilk and coated in a crispy crumb that holds up from kitchen to table.

  • Wagyu Big Smoke £20

Wagyu beef patty, smoked raclette, brisket, beef fat mayo, crispy shallots, pickled onions and chillies. The premium burger on the menu. Wagyu beef, slow-smoked brisket, and raclette cheese. This is not a burger you eat in a rush.

  • Vegan Mountain Burger £14

Mushroom-based patty, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles. A vegan burger that does not feel like a compromise. The mushroom patty has proper texture and flavour, and it is served with all the same care as the rest of the menu.

Halal Burgers in Soho

All of our beef and chicken is halal certified. This is not a separate section of the menu or a limited halal selection tucked away at the bottom of the page. Every burger we serve is halal, every single day. If you are looking for halal burgers in Soho, Paradiso is one of the few restaurants in the area where the entire burger menu qualifies without exception.

Vegan and Vegetarian Options

The Vegan Mountain Burger is built on a mushroom-based patty and served with vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Vegetarian sides are also available, including house salad, grilled hispi cabbage, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Whether you are fully vegan, vegetarian, or just fancy something different, there is always something for you.

Steaks and Ribs

Beyond the burgers, Paradiso serves 100% British beef steaks, dry-aged for 28 days. Choose from a 250g rump or a 250g fillet, both cooked to your preference. The smoked baby rack ribs come with a sriracha and honey glaze, sesame seeds, slaw, and pickled chillies. These are not afterthoughts on the menu. They are dishes in their own right, and they are popular for a reason.

Small Plates and Sides

Buttermilk fried chicken wings are crispy, juicy, and come with a choice of dry rub, sriracha honey, or buffalo sauce. Chicken goujons, BBQ pulled chicken tacos, burnt ends tacos with smoked beef and beef fat mayo, pork belly bites, and guacamole with tortilla chips round out the small plates.

Sides include fresh-cut fries delivered every morning and cut in-house, truffle fries, temper fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, house salad, and grilled hispi cabbage. The fish and chips are hand-battered using fresh fish delivered daily and never frozen, served with mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce.

More Than Just Burgers

Paradiso is a burger restaurant and a cocktail bar. The drinks get the same attention as the food. House cocktails designed by our bar team, classic mixes made to order, margaritas in five variations, craft beer on draught, and a short wine list. You can come for dinner and stay for drinks. You can come for drinks and end up ordering food.

Happy Hour with Burgers

Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 8pm. Selected cocktails at two for £18: margarita, negroni, old fashioned, pornstar martini, aperol spritz, and daiquiri (no mix and match). The full food menu is available throughout happy hour, so a burger and a couple of cocktails at those prices is one of the best value evenings out in Soho.
